🌎 Is your MLS® listing service available throughout Ontario?

Yes. Our MLS® services cover all cities, towns, and regions in Ontario — including Toronto, Ottawa, London,
Windsor, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Kingston, and Sudbury.
You can list any property on MLS® and REALTOR.ca remotely, handled entirely online.

🧾 What is a Flat-Fee MLS® Listing?

A flat-fee MLS® listing lets homeowners or landlords list their property on MLS® and REALTOR.ca
for a single one-time fee — instead of paying a 5% commission.
This gives you full national exposure through the REALTOR® system while maintaining full control of your listing and negotiations.

💰 Do buyers’ agents still get paid a commission?

Yes. You can choose to offer a small buyer’s agent commission (often 2% or less) to attract REALTORS® who bring qualified buyers.
However, you never pay the full 5% — only the flat fee to List It Realty plus whatever you choose to offer to buyer agents.

📦 What’s included in the Flat-Fee MLS® Listing Packages for sales?

All of our home seller packages include full MLS® + REALTOR.ca exposure across Ontario,
with options for professional photography, CMA (Comparative Market Analysis),
lockbox setup, offer handling, and even marketing materials.
You choose the package that fits your needs — Virtual, Premium, or Premium + Offer Handling.

📈 How long will my MLS® listing stay active?

The Virtual MLS® Listing stays live for six (6) months.
The Premium and Premium + Offer Handling packages remain active
until your home is sold.

📝 How does the offer handling process work?

Our licensed REALTORS® assist with offer negotiation, counter-offers, and documentation to ensure
compliance with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (REBBA).
You remain the decision-maker, but we manage the process professionally from start to finish.



🏠 Landlord & Rental Listing Questions

🧩 What’s the difference between the Basic and Premium MLS® Rental Packages?

The Basic MLS® Rental Listing provides MLS® and REALTOR.ca exposure for six months,
with syndication to over 10,000 real estate sites.
The Premium MLS® Rental Listing + Legal Guarantee adds
tenant screening, lease signing, rent coordination, and legal protection for six months after placement.

⚖️ What does the Legal Guarantee cover?

The Legal Guarantee covers the entire eviction process for non-payment — including
N4 and L1 preparation, LTB representation, and one complimentary re-leasing if eviction occurs within six months.
Government filing fees (LTB, sheriff, etc.) are not included.

📍 Can landlords list rentals outside of Windsor or London?

Yes! Our MLS® rental listing service is available everywhere in Ontario — from
Toronto, Ottawa, and Hamilton to smaller towns like Chatham, Sarnia, or North Bay.
Everything is handled 100% online — no in-person visit required.

  1. Choose your package: Select either a home seller or rental package that fits your goals.
  2. Complete checkout: Use our secure payment system to activate your listing order.
  3. Submit documents: We’ll send you digital forms for property details, photos, and ID verification.
  4. Approve your listing: Once approved, your property goes live on MLS® and REALTOR.ca within 24 hours.
  5. Manage offers or tenants: You’ll receive leads directly or through our management platform (depending on your package).
