You do. With a flat-fee listing, buyers and agents contact you directly. If an agent books through the MLS® system, we help coordinate those requests.
❓ What if I need help negotiating an offer?
We offer an optional Offer Handling + Compliance upgrade for $399 (a Comparable Market Analysis is also available for $199). Our licensed REALTOR® will review, negotiate, and help close your deal to ensure your best outcome.
❓ How long does my MLS® listing stay active?
Your MLS® & REALTOR.ca listing runs for a 12-month term — built for today's market so you have time to secure the right buyer. You can renew or upgrade anytime.
❓ What areas do you serve?
We list properties across all of Ontario — from Windsor, Essex County, Chatham-Kent, and London to Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, and every city and town in between.
❓ Do I still have to pay commission to the buyer's agent?
Offering compensation to a buyer's agent is optional but strongly recommended for maximum exposure. You can choose the amount (e.g., 2% or a flat rate) when setting up your listing.
