If an agent books through the MLS® system, we coordinate those requests automatically for Premium packages.

❓ What if I need help negotiating an offer?

We offer an optional Offer Handling + CMA Upgrade for $350.
Our licensed REALTOR® will review, negotiate, and help close your deal to ensure your best outcome.

❓ How long does my MLS® listing stay active?

The Virtual Package runs for six months, while the Premium Package stays active until your property sells.
You can renew or upgrade anytime.

❓ What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Windsor, Essex County, LaSalle, Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Lakeshore, Chatham-Kent, St. Thomas, and London.
Our service area covers the entire 401 corridor.

❓ Do I still have to pay commission to the buyer’s agent?
