Both packages include the same core listing and screening services: 12-Month MLS® & REALTOR.ca exposure,
tenant screening and verification, digital lease handling, and professional support. The main difference is the
Legal Guarantee coverage length.

Both rental packages now include a 12-Month MLS® & REALTOR.ca listing term. This longer exposure period is built for today’s rental market,
giving landlords more time to secure the right tenant without rushing the process.
🔎 What does tenant screening and verification include?
Every applicant is thoroughly reviewed through our professional screening workflow powered by OLH Property Management
and the LandlordEzy™ platform. Screening includes:
- • Full credit check and Equifax report
- • Government-issued ID verification
- • Employment and income confirmation
- • Pay stub and bank record validation
- • Reference checks with current and previous landlords
- • LTB database search for prior judgments or eviction orders
This process helps landlords reduce risk and select verified tenants with stronger financial and rental history profiles.
📜 What does the Legal Guarantee include?
The Legal Guarantee applies to nonpayment of rent only. It includes
N4 and L1 preparation and LTB representation through
OLH Property Management. Depending on the package selected, landlords receive either
3 months or 12 months of coverage.
The Premium package extends that protection for a full year and is designed for landlords who want more complete coverage during the tenancy.
💡 Can I use this rental listing service if I live outside the city or outside Ontario?
Yes. Everything is handled 100% digitally. Landlords can work with us remotely from anywhere while still listing a property located in Ontario.

Yes. Both rental packages include Unlimited Open Houses Posted on REALTOR.ca. We can publish your open house dates and times directly to your MLS® listing

✍️ Is lease preparation and digital signing included?
Yes. Our rental listing service includes digital lease preparation and e-signing, making it easy to finalize tenancy documents efficiently and professionally.
This helps reduce delays and keeps the leasing process organized for both landlords and tenants.
💳 Is first and last month’s rent collection coordination included?
Yes. We coordinate the first and last month’s rent collection process as part of the rental package workflow to help landlords stay organized and compliant during the lease signing stage.

⚖️ Do I need to sign an MLS® listing agreement?
Yes. A signed MLS® listing agreement is required before your property can be listed through
List It Realty Brokerage Inc.. As with any brokerage listing, additional terms, eligibility requirements, and legal conditions may apply depending on the property and package selected.
