What is the Legal Guarantee for Ontario landlords?

The Legal Guarantee covers the full eviction process — including preparation and service of N4 and L1 notices, Landlord and Tenant Board representation, and coordination of all documentation. If your tenant fails to pay rent or breaks the lease within six months, OLH Property Management also provides a complimentary re-leasing package for the affected unit. Landlords must report missed rent within five days to qualify.
